אודות המרצים:

Adrian Jones is a Managing Director of Hudson Structured Capital Management and a Partner in the InsurTech venture investing group, having joined in early 2021. HSCM seeks investment opportunities to support InsurTech entrepreneurs from the founding of their companies through exit. Previously, he set up and led SCOR P&C Ventures, part of the #4 global reinsurer.  He has 10 years of experience in reinsurance leading strategy for SCOR Global P&C and RenaissanceRe.  Previously, he spent nearly 10 years in consulting at Bain & Co.  He has lived and worked in New York, Paris, Bermuda, Stockholm, and Brussels.

Dominique Collet is a Senior Investment Executive at Rand Merchant Investment Holdings leading its fintech strategy. She heads up AlphaCode: RMI’s entrepreneurial hub which identifies, partners and grows extraordinary fintech entrepreneurs and provides insight into how technology is shaping financial services. Dominique is the RMI board representative for the fintech investment portfolio: Entersekt, Luno, Prodigy Finance, GuidePost and is the RMI portfolio manager for OUTsurance

Dominique has an entrepreneurial background and was one of the founding members of TYME, a South African based technology company that designs, builds and operates digital banking ecosystems. Prior to this, her career spanned both banking and management consulting. She worked for Standard Bank Group in the strategic investments and corporate development team which entailed identifying, evaluating and executing strategic growth, acquisition and joint-venture opportunities – particularly in the technology space. She also worked for McKinsey & Company with a focus on financial services.

Dominique has over 16 years’ experience and a passion for understanding how technology can reshape and disrupt industries.

Dominique has a Masters in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Science from Rhodes University.
